Florence Phillips and her husband Shaun have embarked on the journey to open a Coffee Shop over a year ago. They have recently converted the front part of their home into a beautiful little coffee shop that successfully represents the wonderfully unique culture and atmosphere in Pniel. The house in heart was once a pioneering cottage of many still dotted around the village. Florence is an excellent networker and has done wonders to attract business to the valley from all sorts of interesting places.
