We’ll welcome you through the glass doors of our fully equipped Cheese Room. Come and learn from the main mouse on the farm, Alta Eybers, about ingredients, equipment and the process. Guests will observe while Alta demonstrates how Babylonstoren specialities such as ricotta, haloumi and fior di latte are made.
But what is cheesemaking without cheese eating! Lunch is included in the price and will consist of cheese and meat platters, offering you a range of cheeses to be paired with conserves.
