Culinary herbs workshop

Our gardener Gundula will lead us around the garden, where we will be harvesting from the vast range of familiar as well as more unusual herbs. Back in the kitchen we’ll chat about the reasons for and value of the time-honoured pairing of herbs with the foods they are best suited to, as well as their health benefits. We also invite you to explore some unfamiliar flavours and help you gain confidence in using indigenous herbs.

Join us for an Italian-inspired lunch in the Bakery – included in the price. The wood-fired pizza main course is served straight from the oven, to be enjoyed to your heart’s content.
