“I AM”: The Art of Being Authentically You, is a luxury wellness retreat designed and hosted by one of South Africa’s first integrative medical psychiatrists, Dr Siobhan Dawson, and nutrition expert Megan Abbott, to help you release habits that suck your life force; re-define the most potent version of yourself and recreate an inspired life.

Using exercises in Holotropic Breathwork, sound bathing, powerful psychotherapeutic techniques, guided meditations and a deeply restful time in nature, we reset your nervous system and help you unlock the ingrained limiting beliefs that are keeping you from reaching your full potential.
