Indonesian Cooking Class at Vondeling Wines (Paarl)

Join Indonesian-born Connie Snow at Vondeling Wines for an aromatic cooking experience when Connie will teach you how to cook a few Indonesian dishes.

There are only 16 spaces available, so book soon to ensure you do not miss out on this one-time-only event.

The experience includes a glass of Vondeling bubbly and Indonsian canapes on arrival, all cooking utensils and ingredients, followed by the lunch which you prepared.

Meatballs with coconut and soy sauce or sweet chilli sauce

STARTER
Martabak Shanghai
Crispy deep-fried pancake with savoury vegetable filling

MAINS
Kari ayam
Chicken in a mild curry coconut sauce

Babi or tahu base manis
Pork in soy sauce (or Tofu)

Ulang-Ulang Ambon
A crispy and slightly spicy Indonesian salad from Ambon

DESSERT
Dadar gulung
Coconut pancakes with a sweet grated coconut filling
