Did someone say gin-o’clock?
With the vast amounts of local craft gins making their way onto the market, it’s challenging keeping up with what differentiates all incredible local gins. In true FABER spirit of farm-to-fork philosophy and sourcing local ingredients, we are excited to welcome you to a Gin Infusion workshop, hosted by FABER restaurant and Wilderer, on the Avondale Wine Farm.
Brush up on your gin knowledge, specifically on the infusion side, while sipping on unique craft gin cocktails, enjoying live music, the warm sun and a stunning view!
The workshop will be held by the Maestro Distiller, Johan Mönnig and will comprise of an infusion demonstration of Avondale farm botanicals, picked from the farm, into a Wilderer gin base to create a unique farm-infused gin
The event will form part of the Avondale Garden bar, which kicks off at 4pm and the gin infusion demonstration will run from 5pm – 7pm on Friday 01 February 2019.

Full Avondale Garden Bar menu including all Avondale wines by the glass or bottle, selection of local craft beers, soft drinks, spirits and a selection of FABER platters.
