Winter Field to Feast on Sunday, 15 July 2018
Experience a journey through the vineyards and garden with stories from proprietor Johnathan Grieve and Chef Dale Stevens of how the food is produced and the wines are made in harmony with Nature.
Our Field to Feast day will begin with a tour of the estate by farm-chic tractor-trailer including a visit to the farm’s Biodynamic vegetable gardens and the quirky Egg-mobile that supplies the FABER kitchen with pasture-reared eggs (weather permitted). From here we return to FABER where the Field to Feast menu has been created from hyper-local, sustainably-sourced Winter produce prepared by Chef Dale.
R650pp, including an informative journey, three-course lunch and three glasses of wine. Children under the age of 12 years will receive a 2-course for R110pp.
