A wonderful five course gourmet dinner priced at R 1 804 per person, excluding beverages, will be served in our Bosman’s Restaurant; children aged 12 and under are charged at R 902 per child.

Christmas Lunch Buffet Menu

A superb buffet will be served in the Manor House of the Grande Roche Hotel. A preliminary copy of the menu has been attached for your perusal.  Should you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know beforehand and these will be catered for.

Individual bookings will be taken between 12h30 – 13h30.  The price is R 864 per adult and R 432 for children 12 and under.  Full pre-payment is required for this event.

The swimming pool closest to the restaurant will be open for use.

Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Nederburg

A feast of food and wine with live entertainment by Zest Music: classic and modern hits

With its historic meets modern day vibe…and sparkling wine aplenty, The Red Table restaurant, situated in Nederburg’s elegant manor house, will be serving up a celebratory candlelight array of delicious food  matched with award-winning wines from across the winery’s multi-tiered range.

Dreamy classical music, interspersed with contemporary hits by the popular Zest musical group featuring Louisa Theart on flute, Albert Combrink on piano, Matthijs van Dijk on violin and Ariella Caira on cello, will further set the scene for bidding 2018 goodbye and setting sail for a new year.

 

Satisfy your senses with fresh and flavourful food options in this magical setting. The indulgent line-up features Nederburg Cuvée Brut poached fish terrine, wrapped in rice paper and served with crispy whitebait and capers dressing as a palate opener; Cantaloupe soup with lavash and minted coconut cream, with Nederburg The Winemasters Riesling 2018; beetroot cured salmon with black sesame blini and dill crème fraiche, served with Nederburg Heritage Heroes The Young Airhawk Sauvignon Blanc 2017; followed by pomegranate sorbet as palate cleanser.

As midnight creeps closer, get ready for a rich trio of lamb – slow braised lamb Tortellini, lamb kofta with coriander yoghurt and profiterole, and lamb cutlets with potato fondant and salsa verde – offered with the full-bodied Nederburg Heritage Heroes The Brew Master Bordeaux-style blend 2016.  Next up is double baked gruyere and onion soufflé, with Nederburg Heritage Heroes The Anchorman Chenin Blanc 2017.

Saffron ice cream with Turkish delight bits and sugar cone, served with Nederburg Heritage Heroes The Beautiful Lady Gewürztraminer 2018, concludes a delightful evening.
