Karoo Craft Breweries opened their taproom at Simonsvlei Wines last year and is proving to be a popular stop for brewery tours, beer tastings and pairings with brewer Paul Bosman. The Kudu, Oryx, Jackal and Impala craft beers are noteworthy and the pending release of their Conservation Lager in support of the anti-poaching initiative Boots on the Ground is keenly awaited.
