Our story is the telling of a destined meeting between two gentlemen, both of French descent. Which subsequently became collaboration of sorts, one guy skillful in the art of wine making, the other ardent in the diverse world of food
The food guy included his Son (as chef), and special friend, also a Chef and General Manager into the recipe, topped with awesome staff……..and Voila!! Bon Louis came to life with the right amount of love and passion.
The Vino guy too, had his son create and supply wines to our recipe that both enhance and give structure to the ethos of Bon Louis Family Bistro.
Here we include some French and some Mediterranean influences paying homage to our respective Forefathers. All the while we endeavour to always keep our cooking rustic, simple, yet real.
Blessed with a beautiful setting and years of experience we simply added friendly service and this resulted in the unique recipe we like to call …Bon Louis Family Bistro.
