Our menu features many dining favourites however we are most renowned for our mouth-watering steaks. The secret of our success lies in the preparation and maturation of our meat. Our perfectly-aged grainfed beef is wet-aged for up to 28 days ensuring our steaks are consistently juicy, tender and full of flavour.
Cattle Baron is home to The Original, famous, flaming Chateaubriand fillet steak served perfectly every time. Other signature dishes that have remained with our menu for over 3 decades include our legendary connoisseur steak, the 600g Fat Tuesday Rump/Sirloin, our exclusive 600g T-Bone as well as our renowned Green Pepper Fillet Madagascar and our unique stuffed Carpetbagger fillet steak.
