Enjoy a FABER farm-to-fork 2 course summer special at R275 per person.
Start off with a slice of our freshly baked, slow fermented sourdough and our famous pumpkin fritters before choosing between 2 mains and 2 desserts, accompanied with a side of fries.
Tables are socially distanced on our veranda, overlooking the lush gardens and vineyards, allowing guests to soak in all the fresh air and sunshine, with views of the Paarl Rock, Simonsberg and Table Mountain.
Guests are free to choose from our seasonal and organic á la carte menu or indulge in our six course FABER menu, to experience all that chef Dale has to offer. The contemporary and wholesome dishes can be enjoyed with a selection of non-alcoholic beverages, including fresh juice, 0% beers, kombucha and mixers.
FABER Summer special is available for lunch and dinner till end of March 2021.
