Get your purple and white outfits ready, round up some friends and don’t miss out on the this year’s Pinotage and Biltong Festival at Perdeberg Cellar between Durbanville and Paarl in mid-April.
Dates and Times: Saturday 18 April and Sunday 19 April from 11h00-16h00.
Some of South Africa’s top producers of Pinotage will offer around 30 of their wines for tasting and for sale ranging from the traditional red variant to Rosé’s, bubblies, dessert wines and even white Pinotage.
Participating wineries include: Badsberg Winery, Balance Wines, Beyerskloof Wines, Diemersfontein Wines, Doolhof Estate, Doran Vineyards, Du Toitskloof Wines, Hill & Dale, Koelenhof, Lanzerac, Mellasat Vineyards, Neethlingshof Estate, Perdeberg Cellar, Rhebokskloof, Stellenbosch Vineyards, Vrede en Lust Wine Estate, Wellington Wines.
Each winery will also have one Pinotage paired with a Biltong portion to match, courtesy of Afrifood Biltong Factory, which is included in the ticket price.
Food trucks, an on-site restaurant, live music, a kiddies play area and other stalls and eats makes it a day out to remember in the Winelands.

General Ticket includes: Entrance, live music and entertainment, a branded crystal wine glass and 18 specially selected Pinotages, each paired with a portion of biltong.
