The Barn offers our guests a unique variety. In the Scented Room you will find yourself surrounded by the most mesmerising fragrances – a quiet oasis where scents and images of the garden have been captured in soaps, oils and creams. Come and blend your own bath salts, body scrubs and face masks.

Guests are welcome to observe through the glass windows how we distil essential oil and make soap. Up the stairs, you can look down onto the workings of the juicery and water bottling plant.

And across the room, in the balsamic vinegar cellar, we make this special condiment the traditional way.
