Enjoy a FABER farm-to-fork 2 course special at R275 per person with 2 options per course.

Start off with a slice of their freshly baked, slow fermented sourdough and their famous pumpkin fritters before choosing between 2 mains and 2 desserts, accompanied with a side of fries.

Tables are socially distanced on their veranda, overlooking the lush gardens and vineyards, allowing guests to soak in all the fresh air and sunshine, with views of the Paarl Rock, Simonsberg and Table Mountain.

Their full seasonal and organic á la carte menu and six course FABER menu, is also available for guests to choose from. The contemporary and wholesome dishes can be enjoyed with a glass of Avondale organic and biodynamic wine.

Enjoy a Georgian inspired feast paired with Spice Route’s Obscura Natural Wines hosted by Charles back, Charl du Plessis, Neil and Tina Jewell.

A Supra is a traditional Georgian feast synonomous with Georgia’s rich social culture. Spice Route Wines and Jewell’s Restaurant have come together to host 3 Supras of their own!

Nederburg’s Journey of SA Flavours Dinner Series at The Manor

26 June 2021 at 6:30pm for 7pm

Chef Jerry Kennedy and his team at Nederburg’s The Manor restaurant have recently introduced a fun series of eight-course dinners aimed at discovering and showcasing the distinctiveness and versatility of some of the South Africa’s diverse local ingredients. The Manor’s ‘Journey of SA Flavours’ dinner series takes place on the last Saturday of each month, up until 31 July.

26 June: Venison

31 July: Foraged ingredients such as waterblommetjies, wild mushrooms and ‘suuring’.
